We stopped in Sullivan at the Du Kum Inn and met some people with some interesting and nice cars. Later they went down to the car show in Bourbon. Yes that is a town. |

In Stanton, we visited the Meramac caverns for the day. This is the entrance. The caverns were originally used by the Union Army to manufacture gun powder. After the war, the James gang used it as a hide out. |

Inside the cavern you see these fantastic formations created by minerals which have been deposited over many years by dripping water. This wall is about 30 feet tall. |

Here is another beautiful formation of stalagtites. The caverns go for about 23 miles underground. The tour takes about an hour and 20 minutes so we only went a few hundred yards. At one point, we were well over 300 feet under ground. |

In St. Clair we visited the Historical Museum. The building was originally built in 1899 and had been used in many capacities over the years. It is now the museum which contains many wonderful items that have been donated by local residents. |

Here is another display from the turn of the last century in the St. Clair Historical Museum. |

| The Great All-American Road Show is a family values experience. We believe that integrity, hardwork, a strong moral compass and basic self-discipline are values that have made and will keep this country great. As we travel across this great land, it is our intention to let communities and individuals enjoy the freedoms we hold dear. We encourage everyone to do all things in moderation and exhibit a general concern for the welfare of others. | ![]() |
