| June 21 schedule: 11:00 a.m. — Meet at the Santa Monica Pier entrance. Gather at the free parking garage at 2nd and Colorado Blvd. We will cruise from the parking structure West to Ocean Blvd. for one block, turn right on Ocean cruise two blocks to Santa Monica Blvd., turn right on Santa Monica Blvd. cruise Santa Monica to Beverly Hills, turn right on Rodeo Dr. cruise to Wilshire Blvd., turn left on Wilshire Blvd. cruise to Fairfax Blvd., turn right on Fairfax and then an immediate left into parking structure, Petersen Auto Museum is on the corner of Fairfax and Wilshire. We will have the Membership Sign Up and Registration at Petersen's Museum. Lunch — Petersen's has a nice cafe, plus there are many places within a short distance to eat. Afternoon — View this wonderful Auto museum. Plus, there are several major museums across the street on Wilshire to view. Also, just North on Fairfax is the Farmers Market -- fun shopping area. Just North of Farmers Market is CBS Studios. Media Day — We have invited the media to join us - so look your best -- who knows which photo they will want to print. Evening is open to enjoy the many places of interest in the surrounding area. |
