| On the 9th we landed in Winslow, AZ. We stopped for dinner at the Bojo restaurant which is right on the main street going through town. Winslow is famous for the song made famous by The Eagles. This young man, the son of the waitress came by and fell in love with the Kit-Cat® Roadster. | ![]() |
Well, I'm standing on a corner This is the painting on a brick wall at the corner which was made so famous. This is the only wall left standing as the building burned down a few years ago. There is a plan to rebuild and they have saved this wall. The painting really is quite good. |

Winslow is typical of most towns in America. If you look a little, you can find beautiful older buildings that are a reflection of our past. This is on the main street coming into town and is an example of one of the many older churches this country has managed to keep and maintain. |

The La Posada Hotel is a major landmark in Winslow. This view is actually from the back and this is what you would see if you arrived by train as you would have back in its hayday. Many famous people have stayed here including Gary Cooper and Will Rogers. There has been a major restoration of this property which is just about finished. If you ever get to Winslow, plan on staying here. But be sure to make reservations well in advanced. They are booked several months ahead. |

| The Great All-American Road Show is a family values experience. We believe that integrity, hardwork, a strong moral compass and basic self-discipline are values that have made and will keep this country great. As we travel across this great land, it is our intention to let communities and individuals enjoy the freedoms we hold dear. We encourage everyone to do all things in moderation and exhibit a general concern for the welfare of others. | ![]() |
